Is there a way to remove the bezel on the FSX G1000?

Im trying to remove the bezel from the G1000 so I can move the PFD and MFD to monitors without all the buttons showing. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks!

Unzip the .CAB file to a new folder, then edit the .xml file to rename the background bitmap, or alternatively make a copy of the background .bmp file, then edit the original to make it pure black (RGB:0,0,0), which is transparent.
