While it is downloading, uninstall the current version you have installed on your system. Once that is done and the download is finished, install ONLY the downloaded version and do not install anything off of the disk. The download is a full installer. Full names in the forum, please. July 14, 201510 yr Hello, You will get your knuckles rapped for not signing your full name in your Posts, I am not very good at providing short cuts, this is what I did. Google Aerosoft update database. You will see Aerosoft A10 Warthog, scroll down to PMDG 737.800900, when you see it click on Show Support etc., the data required will show up. window will say Keycode required, use the one on your box enter it and download and install. That's the best I can do, hope it works. Richard Welsh
