I have entered my order number/Date and serial number. Do a online check all is ok. But installing libraries brings up a new box with email and a serial code that i don't have the numbers for.

So basically i can't use it at all due to this.

Help needed.

Mike can you send me an email to the yahoo support email address ( listed in the manual) with your purchase order reference and date please. Is this the first time that you have installed it? Also which version is it?
