I just purchased and installed the G1000 in MS FSX.

I installed as Admin in Windows 7 x64 and completed the registration (it shows registration is good).

All of the Mindstar G1000 aircraft are loading with the displays blacked out.

Mindstart support finally got back to me this AM.

The version they had made available for download was incorrect. They published the correct version again and after downloading and reinstalling, it is now working.

How did you manage to contact them?

Strangely enough, I posted on Reddit/r/FlightSim asking if anyone had experienced this and someone replied that they were at Oshkosh and the "Mindstar Guys" were there so they brought it to their attention.

I had placed a post at the top of this forum stating we were at EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh this past week and would return this week.
