WarpD's post in GNS530 missing waypoints? was marked as the answerScott,
Please download our latest version from our website and install that over your current installation. I have personally tested the waypoints you listed in your post and have been able to load them without issue.
If you have any problems, let me know and thank you for your patience.

WarpD's post in Is the RealNav data update automatic was marked as the answerNo there is no notification. There's an application in the Mindstar/Flight Simulator Addons folder called NavUpdate. It's how you take care of it all.
I know nothing about the X-Plane nav data as none of our products are for X-Plane at all so I really couldn't answer the question. However, it is extremely unlikely that there is any conflict.

WarpD's post in GNS 430 in FSX Steam Edition (sim connect issues) was marked as the answerYou didn't state what the errors were, so I'm kinda guessing here... FSX:SE doesn't install SimConnect by default. You will have to do that yourself. I don't know exactly where they put the installers, but I know they're provided with the FSX:SE version.
As for the GNS only rendering on the popup, yes that's correct behavior. It's to keep performance up... and besides, you have no reason to look at the exact same display in two different locations at the same time... right?

WarpD's post in Cabin Comfort Sample was marked as the answerFound the issue.
In your dll.xml edit you forgot to add two lines. Your dll.xml entry is this:
<Launch.Addon> <Name>Cabin Comfort</Name> <Disabled>False</Disabled> <ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad> <Path>modules\Cabin_Comfort.dll</Path> </Launch.Addon>It should be this:
<Launch.Addon> <Name>Cabin Comfort</Name> <Disabled>False</Disabled> <ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad> <Path>modules\Cabin_Comfort.dll</Path> <DllStartName>module_init</DllStartName> <DllStopName>module_deinit</DllStopName> </Launch.Addon> -

WarpD's post in Mindstar's GPS 430/530, displays and controls for the A2A Cherokee 180 are not working properly.. was marked as the answerFirst... go into Control Panel/Display and ensure that the 'Smaller - 100% (default)' selection is the one active. Increasing font size in Windows increases all font sizing in GDI/GDI+ without exception.
Regarding using the knobs... go to http://www.mindstaraviation.com/G1000_Selection.html and scroll down to Preferred Method - Mouse Wheel and right below that you will see two images... one for the mouse wheel behavior and the other for mouse click behavior. While this page is for our G1000, the mouse interface should be the same.

WarpD's post in Mindstar GNS 430/530 release this Friday was marked as the answer1. Mindstar can not legally provide a copy of the RealNav database without a corresponding subscription. It is what it is and it's not going to change, move on.
2. Mindstar's units are used in real world training and as such can not be paired with a database source that can not legally be used for training. That would be both Navigraph as well as NavDataPro. Neither are licensed for training use. Changing the GNS units to use those databases would open up a massive can of legal worms. That isn't going to happen, move on.
Regarding current nav data with an addon... when I approached Navigraph for the Eaglesoft Citation X... Navigraph gave me a very specific copy of the database to distribute with the aircraft for installation. It was way out of date. It was and still is the only version of the database that addon can be sold with. If other addon vendors are shipping with the very latest, I have to wonder why they would be given a different "deal".

WarpD's post in [RESOLVED] Why is the forum so slow lately SMH was marked as the answerSimple rule: Speak of someone as if they were physically standing right in front of you. You are not.
Show respect because you want to be treated with respect.
Show courtesy because you want to be given courtesy.
Show humility because the odds are against you knowing everything.
Respect, courtesy, humility... three things in very short supply on this planet these days. No wonder people want to go to Mars!
