Proatc-x doesn't load flight in FSX

Featured Replies

Proatc-x 1.4 doesn't show the aicraft in loading options page, and (I suppose) accordingly doesn't load the flight in FSX when I press fly now. I have FSUIPC 4.6 registered, and in options/path folders, FSX seems to be right. FSX is opened in the right airport with the right aircraft and the right flightplan.

(I am posting here because Pointsofware forum seems to be out of the air)

Hi Walter,

Your OP is very confusing. I cannot find a loading options page in FSX or ProATC.  Is this at the FSX startup screen or within the ProATC-X program?  You state FSX is opened, at the right airport (hopefully at the gate you choose in the flightplan you created in ProATC-X), the right aircraft, and the right flightplan?

Once you open FSX, select the right airport and gate (if you are departing from a gate), the aircraft you choose for the flightplan, you then go to ProATC-X, right click on the flightplan, and select FlyNow.  ProATC-X will then give you the options for where you want the flightplan to be located on your computer system.  Once that is complete, you'll be hearing ATIS weather and takeoff/arrival information.  You go to the Com frequency on your aircraft panel and change the com frequency by hitting the arrows in between the com frequencies.  You will now start hearing ATC (if you set up ProATC correctly).  You then hit the 1 key and request clearance.  Hope this helps.

I used already this software for months, so I know it, but now that I formatted my PC I'm not being able to put it to work.

I reviewed my whole procedure right now. I have a plan in Proatc-x EDDL-EDDM (gate A-10) in a 738, exported it to FSX and loaded it in flight planner.

Now in Proatc-x I right clicked in the plan, pressed "fly now", and I see a small page called "loading options", where I don't see Boeing 738 as the assigned aircraft. In "GPS flightplans to generate" my only option is ... "none". This is why I think someting is wrong because I allways saw the aircraft assigned (as I can see in any tutorial now).

Anyway, now I press "OK", the flightplan goes green in Proatc-x, but nothing shows in FSX. There should be a greeting message, but there is nothing.

I hope I was more clear now

Best regards

Walter
