MCE doesn't connect to P3D

Recommended Posts

Hello to everbody in this forum,

actually it's the first time that I post here, and the reason for this is, that I'm pretty desperated. I've just installed MCE but I cannot get it connecting to P3D. I've tried all advises I've found so far (replaces fsinsider.dll and fsinsider.ini) but with no success. The only message I'm getting from the prog

"Couldn't retrieve FS data! Try restarting Prepar3d, the MCE". I've also written a message to the support line of MCE but up to now no response. Any tip or advise would be highly appriciated. The OS is W7 64. no add-ons running

Best regards

Heinz

Hello and wellcome.

This happend after MCE load, or just after start MCE?

Did you start the sim before or after MCE?

Did you read the manual and follow all the instructions?

Are you runing P3D in compatibility mode for xp or something like that?

I am sure you will get answer from MCE support, just wait.

Do to think that because they provide a demo is no support after buy the product. They still there.
