Is there an automatic Pause add on for p3d

I used to have an add on for FSX that let you pause at a certain nautical mile away from the destination airport. Is there anything like that for p3d?

IF10 will pause the flight just before next waypoint, top of descent, or after a set time, or advance the flight to next waypoint approach or final.
