I just installed Pro Atc and came across this error. I searched everywhere, but dont see a solution. Hope this is the right section to post this in.

The only issue i have run into so far is that Ezdok will not install into the C folder drive. It keeps giving me error code 13. When i looked it up it said this is a problem of installing ezdok into the C drive.

I installed p3d in the C drive. What is the best course of action to correct this as I already installed Orbx Vectors and Base as well as REX and PMDG? I know I should have made a new drive for the install.

I took a year off from p3d and wanted to get back into things today. I did a clean install of windows 7 64 bit on my computer. My plan is to do the following installions: P3D Orbx Base Orbx Vectors PMDG 737 FSUIPC (Is this still needed?) Rex Essentials plus overdrive Active Sky Next (is this still better than Rex with weather updates?) GSX I heard MT6 is very good, but is that the best ai traffic software out currently? Also what is a good ATC software as the last one i had was Pro ATC/X? Anything else that i should look at installing?

I used to have an add on for FSX that let you pause at a certain nautical mile away from the destination airport. Is there anything like that for p3d?

Is it a CFG issue or a add on compatibility issue?

How will tweaking the CFG file help in this case. Just curiouser my own knowledge.

I didn't know ### AI was the infamous ### AI. Smartcars says its capable with p3d v2. How can you find out which version it's capable with? Could it also be that I installed p3d is the program's file?

Anyone got any suggestions?

I installed P3D for the first time a few weeks ago with the following add ons: Active Sky Next Rex Essentials Plus Orbx Global and vectors Pro-ATC X Aerosoft Airbus ### AI Traffic SmartCars (VA ACARS) EzDok Everything was working fine, but now I randomly get the "Prepar3d is not Responding". It changes on each flight but it always happens and I cant figure out what is causing it to happen. All my settings are good as the game is very smooth and the frame rates are in the 9-30 range, but most importantly it is smooth. Any help is appreciated.

I finally was able to build a new Rig for P3D. I installed all my payware aircraft and such, but I usually use the CRJ-700 or the dreamwings E-170. Is there a way to get these planes over into P3D or are there any alternative freeware for these planes on p3d?

I just installed P3D and I am currently looking for an add on that represents a real flight crew announcements. I saw Ultimate flight Crew 2014, but its not compatible with P3D v2.

Got my hands on a free AMD Radeon r9 290x today. Probably going to stick with this for my gpu since its a good cards and literally got it free from a family member that was tearing down some mining rigs for litecoin

I just wanted to thank everyone for their input on my previous thread. Before I went ahead and installed Prepar3d i have decided to upgrade my comp. Just looking for some recommendations on good hardware to upgrade on my CPU and GPU. I am looking to improve my CPU and GPU for my first Prepar3d installation. Here are my current specs: CPU – i5-3570k 3.40GHz Memory – 8Gb GPU – AMD Radeon HD 7970 1TB SSD I was going to go with an i7-4790k. I dont know what GPU card to get. I am looking for a system that won’t need much tweaking. Also is the Saitek Rhino a good Joystick? Thanks, Daryl

What 3rd party ATC add ons are good. I always used RC, but I know that program is outdated and the newest version was being designed, but was put off because of personal reasons (I believe). Thanks, Daryl

Thanks everyone....One more thing crossed my mind and i never asked. How is the ATC? Is it standard FSX ATC? Which 3rd party apps are really good for ATC control?

Rob someone mentioned to me PlanG (believe thats the name) over Flightsim Commander. Do you have any experience with that program. Also any traffic add ons you recommend as i know UTX need alot of updating if you want to usually get your traffic current with flight plans and etc. Thanks, Daryl

I am looking to buy p3d after a long break from FSX. It seems after some research that P3D is really ready to go out of the box with minor tweaking compared to FSX. I am looking for some advice on add ons that i either have or will purchase for p3d: Flightsim Commander - Is this still one of the better products to use or is there something better for P3D FTX Vector/ Global Active Sky Rex PMDG - When it releases Aerosoft Airbus Extended X Traffic - ? dont know which one as i have heard WOI and My Traffic. Are there any other great add ons for P3D? Also here are my computer Specs: CPU - i5-3570k 3.40GHz Memory - 8Gb GPU - AMD Radeon HD 7970 1TB SSD Will that system run prepar3d pretty good? After taking a break over the past year from FSX, I have decided to get back into it, but after looking around it seems Prepar3d as come along way and now there is a FSX-SE. I wanted to get some advice before install FSX. Is it worth staying with FSX or switching to prepar3d? Is the FSX-SE better than the box edition? Just looking to get some advice from people.

Samsung 1TB is Atleast $400. I guess I will go with that. What kind of CPU fan should I get? Also any suggestions on a case?

Should I go SSD for both or get 1 SSD and 1 hard drive. Also what's brands are good for the SSD?

I have 2 SSD drives on my current computer a 250GB that my FSX is on and a 120GB that my OS/addon are on. So do I got with 2 250GB SSD drives on the new build or get like 1 500GB SSD drive?

I can tell you right now I never overclocked before. Right now on my FSX computer, I have 5GB free on my OS disk out of 120GB. I have alot of add on's, but I am unsure of the amount of addons i can bring over to P3D.
