Not sure if this is the correct forum for this, but yesterday I tried to reinstall and activate the Sky Sim DC-9. After a few failed attempts I went to their website and learned that after three installs, the key needs to be reactivated. Seems simple enough, except that none of the emails I have used are vaild, so I keep getting "delvery failure" in my effort to reset the key. Anyone have any luck in getting a response from these folks, and if so, what is the correct email? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Thanks, this is the email that used directly from their website, I have now attempted roughly ten times, and every single email immediately comes back undeliverable as "possible spam." This is a joke, and I will never purchase another product from this company. Is there some sort of a trick to this? The site says to put "DC-9" as the subject on the email, but it is useless. Any other ideas? Maybe if I stand on my head while drinking a beer the email will go through? Can get help if I can't even contact these clowns. Thanks again for your help though. Cheers, Pete
