Having uninstalled FSX-MS, cleaned the registry using CC Cleaner and even given the registry the once over manually as well, I am still faced with the problem that FTX Global wants to install into my FSX-MS directory and not FSX-SE.

 

Do I need to rename the directory? It still has a few directories/files I want to keep until I have fully migrated to FSX-SE.

 

Right now I have no FSX installed that really works and it looks like a fresh Windows install and start all over (not motivated to do that though)

Had the same problem with ORBX.

Downloaded the flight registry repair tool from Flight1 and pointed it to my FSX SE install. Worked for me.
