I am not getting a beeb as i rotate my 3 position rottery knob on my Saitek ProFlight yoke and TQ along with a Saitek switch panel (using SPAD). Iam not using the globel setting. It does work when the FSX Defualt aircraft is loaded. if i add the Shifted mode on release but of course that moves everything around. Anyway of adding this to my aircraft profile?  Flight1 B200, I did inport the default aircraft profile and now i have days invested in this profile.

The shift change confirmation beeps only apply to the 3 modes for the VRi Combo panels. It does not applies to the joystick local, global or shifted modes.
