Hey, i'm on approach on LFMN, I'am on FL040, and i select APP, the plane aligns on the track but he don't descend, and i can't disactive VNAV

Gael, please fly the Tutorial that you received with the product from PMDG.

 

Also, you will find that VNAV deactivates if another mode is selected such as ALT HOLD.  But, more importantly the Tutorial, then there is Tutorial 1.5 available as a download from PMDG.
