August 10, 200520 yr Not really a gripe .... Well a bit of one I suppose. I mailed Flight1 4 days ago with the following ( roughly ).Hi guys wonder if you could help me out ?Last september I lost my Dad suddenly ( some of you may remember my post on the Avsim forums at the time ). He was a great Flight Sim fan and in particular loved the Cessna 152 and 310 which were the only 2 products he ever purchased online.I wondered if it would be possible for his keys to be transfered over to me ? I do have the origional keys backed up on floppy and on his old PC. I don't however have his credit card details as these were lost when my Mum sorted out his things so I cannot reactivate them.RegardsNickNow I've mailed them twice with all my details and my Dads and I've also mailed Steve H. offline but recieved no reply from the official Flight 1 support or Steve Halpern. Guess I'm just feeling a little raw at the moment ....

August 10, 200520 yr Nick I apologize in advance for adding to your thread here but I must add my comments here about the service we get from Flight 1.The team at Flight1 are top notch. The support and service from them is second to none. In the recent weeks I have been getting back into my flightsimming, re-organizing my add-on aircraft and senery. I have had to deal with a number of vendors and two come out on top, Flight1 and Fsd-International. Flight1 by far was the quickest to deal with as their automated support page allowed me to enter minimal information and receive my key information, password information and the ability to re-download the installers right away. It was quick and painless, no mess and no fuss. There is also the 30 day refund option, which I have never used, and probably never will, but I am glad it is there in any case. That is impressive no matter how you look at it. I hope that alot more vendors continue and also begin to use Flight1's distribution method as it is the best experience of the lot.Jeff please if you do read this, please pass along these comments and a pat on the back to everyone at Flight1 for providing a very good experience.Nick, my best wishes to you, and thanks for letting me butt in here! :-badteeth -----------------------------"There is an art . . . to flying. August 10, 200520 yr No probs jason ! I'm sure Flight1 and Dreamfleet will spend a good many years at the top of the FS addon ladder. Especially with friendly, warm and professional service they provide. They are all a credit to their profession and should feel rightly proud of themselves.Bravo
