A-36 Bonanza for P3D

Featured Replies

Got the update for the A-36 on P3D and was wanting to know some info. When you go into the A-36 sim object folder you have a CAR430.exe and a RXP430.exe. When u double click these they ask if u want those to make changes on your computer. So are you supposed to open these to get the update. Please let me know if so. I would appreciate a response as apposed to everyone looking and giving no response. Thanks.

These are executables which automate the process of integrating the RXP430 into the A36 panel (and conversely moving the default Carenado 430 back in).  The RXP430.exe app assumes that you have already purchased and installed the RXP product from RealityXP.

Here's the rub from the P3D point of view (and for that matter for FSX-Steam).  The RXP gauges are not supported and do not work in P3D or FSX-Steam.  Bottom line - these utilities are for FSX (boxed edition) only and are useless in P3D and FSX-Steam.

Thanks Scott for the heads up. I went and deleated all of the update. I bought the Hawker 850 from Carenado also but could not get it to work. So I downloaded 2 FSX private jets into P3D and they work just fine. Again Thanks for the heads up.
