P3D V3 - B772 CTD When Using Saitek Joystik Buttons

Recommended Posts

Hello,

Im having CTDs when using my Pro Flight Cessna Controls for different P3D V3 commands.

For Expl:

1-Taking off from KMIA, i increase thrust and then press toga button configured in my saitek via FSUIPC(Deleted from P3D Controls setup) -->   CTD.....   Indication about the error:    ntdll.dll

2- Updated my Saitek drivers to lastest  --CTD again, same reason  ntdll.dll

3-Removed scenery(Latin VFR KMIA/DrZeiwecki Miami) -->   CTD,  ntdll.dll

No matter what i do,  when trying to use any joystick button for TOGA,  i get CTD...  and sometimes happen for other commands(Ie:Flaps)....

Even i try going to other airport..... FSDT, freware, default.... when using my joystick buttons i get a CTD......reason  ntdll.dll

Any clue ?  :fool:

Just a silly basic question.

Have you checked that that button or command is not assigned to anything by default in controls menu inside P3D or FSUIPC?

Sometimes conflict commands can happen

Im going to check that.

I was reviewing it at the time i saw your response.   Discovered that P3D had the button configured for TOGA, not the FSUIPC, i originally configured that way because we did not have FSUIPC released for P3D yet at that time...

Now, im going to delete the keymapping from P3D and configure it via FSUIPC------> aaaaaaaand   :fool:

Result:    No more CTD!       -->  Okay man, im so happy with this P3d that i just.....    forgot....    hahahaha

Even so, itll be good for P3D developers to check the joystick cases.   Ive seen several around.    You should be able to configure your joystick through your P3d... right?  But You really cant or there are several conflicts. (BTW, drivers updated, so its not about drivers).

Thanks for reply...

One of the chores I do after a major upgrade like v3 is delete ALL control assignments in the simulator except the ones I use. There is a lot of them so this takes time. Because it takes time, it makes sense to save the settings so they can be easily restored.
