Very poor FPS

I am in the same boat but a bit different. If I go into the sim using the same situation (weather, plane, scenery) sometimes the fps are around 20 and the next time I open it they are around 40 then the next time around 20 and so on. 

 

5930k at 4.4 and three GTX 980's and looking at MSI Afterbuner I see that the three cards are working but only to about 30 percent. In FSX SE the three cards hit about 50 percent.

Okey I found the solution, I rolled back to the 355.98 nvidia driver and now I dont get this error anymore, over 100 fps now even with the mouse cursor actively moving!
