P3D v3 startup error warning

On starting P3D v3 (ASN build 5765) I get a simconect error warning regarding MS flight simulator X. sorry can't give the full correct message as its only up for a second.

this has only occurred with this recent Beta build.

every thing seems to be working ok.

It was TrackIr causing the error warning.
