Hello,Donno if this is old news but i was looking for information on the the Diamond twin star DA42 that was being build and came across some Technical university project were this aircraft was being build for FS2004!http://www.microsoft.com/austria/education...ghtsim_DA42.gifLook here:http://www.microsoft.com/austria/education/projekte.mspxhttp://www.diamond-air.at/de/press/pressarchive/50606.htmI haven't tried, but the accompanying paper looks promising ... But what's the status on the Twin Start that was announced by Aerosoft (I guess?)Rob "Holland&Holland" de Vries http://www.emotipad.com/emoticons/Flying.gif"To go up, pull the stick back. I think Flight Factory Simulations is doing a DA40:-)

Thanks for the links. I'm very interersted in the Twinstar--innovative aircraft. If anyone dl's it, please post some screenshots in the screenshots forum. I am on dial-up, so I'll have to launch the download some evening at bedtime if it looks worthwhile.-John

Hi Rob,Flight Factory Simulations or FFS, is designing the aircraft. Last time i spoke with laurie, he advised me i wouldnt be getting the beta version any time soon. From what he said, the plane was originally made in FSDS, and he decided to re design it in GMAX. And that was last month when i talked to him.He has reassured me that the plane will come, and its gonna be great!!! Im really looking forward to this one. Plus, its my first beta.. :-kewl But to make a long story short, this plane is going to be awsome and laurie is doing a great job. You all are really going to like this one..:-wave let me know of any questions. :)
