Anyone try performance with service pack installed, many reported "out of memory"  issues and poor FPS earlier with this aircraft earlier. Thinking of buying since SP1 is out or wait out till PMDG 747 v2 is released...

Depends on how  long  you want  to wait  for the pmdg v2  to come out
