Another NGX 'Click Spot' Post (sorry)

I'm running P3Dv3 and a large number of VC click spots don't work. It's not all click spots, but allways the same ones.

The distance from the panel, and licensing issues can be eliminated, as the problem is intermittent.  Has anyone yet found a definitive solution to this problem?
