yes, the Freemeshx Global here on the Avsim 'Freeware Mesh Forum.

There is a freeware mesh for the entire Mexico out of data from Inegi. Look for it at Flightsim.com or Avsim I believe.

if you are asking re the freemeshx then there is some info on installing (Tutorial) on the freemeshx forum.

Unzip all files in a common folder, rename ir after to Mexico Mesh\Scenery, for example and put the newly created Mexico Mesh (with the only Scenery folder containing all the unzipped files) in you Addon Scenery folder and lastly, add this new Mexico Mesh folder to you Scenery.CFG inside your simulator.
