Hasn't been released yet. We released Tutorial #1.5 about a year ago to help span the gap though, until Tutorial #2 is released. See here:

So I'm going to go out on a limb and say that...yeah, Tutorial 2 is never, ever coming. 

PMDG basically outsourced the tutorials to Youtubers, I guess.
