New cloud rendering software

Recommended Posts

I just wish we could get a sense of movement on P3D when flying near clouds, just an example, I fly a real world airplane, an Archer II, as I'm doing my IFR, and lucky enough to have a lot more actual time due to the weather when I fly than normal IFR students, I get to fly a lot in IMC. The sense of movement as you go through the clouds and when you are surfing them, or about to enter them is incredible at 110kts. That's where I think X plane has a leg up, honestly if it wasn't for the hard to understand stand control set up for X PLANE I probably would have switched. Any how with P3D and any ESP child, clouds seem static and is isn't a sense of speed with them.
