How to add fixes and radials in the MJCq400 FMC

Recommended Posts

The title says it all. I cant figure out how to add a fix to a certain NDB or VOR station, or add a out- or inbound radial from that station.

Use the PVOR (peudo VOR) function under maneuver menu?

You can use it over any Fix Type.

Hi, thanks for answering and sorry for the late reply.

I don't quite follow. Could you walk me though the steps perhaps? I've been searching through the FMC and can't find PVOR.

Rowland is correct.

From the NAV page (which is the page you should usually have up as that is what drives the FMS), select "MNVR" (Maneuver), then PVOR. Then look on the rIght side of the screen for the entries you'll need.  I'm pretty sure you'll have it from there.

Hope this has been helpful!
