manual engine starts auto pilot and ILS

Good morning

Has anyone made any great or recommended training videos to cover manual engine start on prop and jet engines,Helicopter start ups,Auto pilot explainers and ILS explainers

Getting to the part in fsx were the missing are expecting me to know/understand the ILS but unless i missed a mission or two they have not been explained

I did figure the autopilot out very quickly,I set the jet to cover speed height and compass direction and left it to it while i had dinner but on my return it had somehow crashed in a flat field....WTH
