I tried to get this fixed by following previous posts, by first removing all service packs, restart PC and install all back, I also made sure that FSX is been ran under administrative privileges. Nothing helps

Thanks

The faulting module belongs to Microsoft Visual C++2005 w/SP1.  It is required for FSX to run.  Any later versions will not work.  Only Microsoft Visual C++2005 w/SP1.  You also need Microsoft.net 2.0.  Microsoft.net's are not backward compatible so Microsoft.net 4.0 would not work.  You have FSX SP2 installed so you will need to have Microsoft.net 2.0 and Microsoft Visual C++2005 w/SP1 (you can have all the latest versions of Microsoft.net and Microsoft Visuals installed too but FSX will only use dotnet 2.0 and Microsoft Visual 2005).  You have a much later version of Microsoft Visual 2005 installed.  I do not think FSX likes older versions so you should go to the Microsoft website and install Microsoft Visual C++2005 w/SP1.  Make sure you only install the 32 bit version (x86).  You do not want or need the 64 bit version (even though your OS may be 64 bit).  The AVSIM CTD Guide has a link to the correct version but here's the link too -  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26347

The AVSIM CTD Guide provides a link to a website to attempt to repair your installations (see pages 6 and 7).
