js41 uninstall

Featured Replies

Hi all.

I'm preparing my pc for a 2nd hard drive which will contain all of fsx plus add-ons. I was wondering if there was a specific uninstall procedure for the js41.

I'm trying to remove all things fsx whilst trying not to lose licence keys and data.

Uninstalling fsx isn't a problem thanks to the guide on PMDG'S Web site, it's just the jetstream I need help with.

Many thanks

Roy

Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Uninstall the JS4100

(No different from uninstalling anything else, essentially.)

If, when attempting to reactivate, you receive an error, submit a ticket at the link in my signature.

Thanks for that Kyle, for some reason I thought there was a tricky procedure. If it goes pear shaped on the install I'll submit a ticket.

You're welcome.

The NGX and 777 have a little more detail in the procedure since they have a license return feature. You may have thought of that part, perhaps.
