Hello:

 

When I try to load weather files with a .wx extension I get an error message stating unknown format or corrupt data. In my instance it does not matter what weather mode I am in.

How can this problem be solved?

A support ticket would be best: http://support.hifitechinc.com.  Please include a .wx file you are attempting to load along with a log export (tools->export logs).  Thanks!
