Sorry - I don't know what forum this should go in.Whenever I bootup I get the message shown below from my Firewall programme. When I say "no" , it goes away until next time.I keep my machine very clean - run Spyware programmes regularly - obviously something in my machine is trying to communicate with the outside world, but how to find out what it is??Any help much appreciated.Thanks Barry

Hey Barry,Tracked it down to this company http://www.extreme-dm.com/tracking/.Not exactly what is being triggered on your PC. Maybe a weather program? Any other task bar programs that may grab outside information?

Hi Thanks for that -- I did some searching but did't find that page . I have no startup programs running at all except my firewall and antivirus. Barry
