Hello can you advise please, I'm using IFly B747-4 with FS2004 after complete  unistall/reInstall (2nd time first exact same problem) when I select the IFLY aircraft  and Create a Flight, on the FS2004  window the IFLY plane revolves showing a bent tail fin section, then after loading I pull down the Dropdown Menu then click on the IFLY tab but whenever I try to access anything all I get is a black screen.

 

Im using windows 7 with a desktop computer
