Support ticket - 2 December 2015

Hi all

 

I submitted a support ticket on 2 December 2015, just over two weeks ago. While it's not urgent, I was expecting some form of response by now. Just wanted to check to see if it's fallen between the cracks somehow?

I can't remember if I saw the question or not, but if, as you note, it's not urgent, then it depends on the nature of the ticket. Sometimes we pass it to the person who needs to answer the question without responding to you to say that's what we've done, and some of those items, if not directly related to a support request, will get added to the bottom of the stack.
