Mine is enabled in map view and I don't see the red line on the map.

 

It worked fine in FSX

Yeah the same here, it's an odd problem because the flight track can be seen after I conclude a flight under the flight analysis tab but not while I' look at the map mid flight, had the same problem with every version of P3d from 2.0 to v3.
