Is anyone else having this erratic throttle issue with the MS FF2?  (or other joystick?)

I really don't want to try out FSUIPC, etc, as this exact joystick worked perfectly on P3Dv2 and in anything else on my Windows 10 install.

 

I've tried messing around with the null zone & sensitivity settings, all to no avail and thus I'm "grounded" completely right now.  :-(

I did not find why...
