I am new to FXS and i am looking for the tips and tricks/tutorials section, I cant seem to find it on the Menu, is anyone able to provide a link please

Start your FSX, on the left hand side there is a "Learning center". There are some good tutorials on the basics of flying in if you click "Lessons" tab (written by real world flight instructor).
