December 23, 201510 yr Be sure you put in the correct path to your FS9 folder when the rebuild process checksfor that. For Win 7 you must be running RC using run as admin so it has access to your FS folder and it can execute the batch file that controls the processing. It copies r5.csv from your FS folder to rcv4/data as r4.csv and then creates a4.csv from that. If FS and RC share the same PC RC can do the whole thing by executing makerwys.exe. If you are using RC on a network client to an FS host (via WideFS) then you first run makerys.exe in your FS folder first and then tun the RC rebuild. Note that FS should not be running when doing an RC scenery rebuild. Be sure the FS folder has correct permissions for access and RC is allowed to access it in any anti-virus/firewall applications you are running. Be sure you are running RC version 4 build 3845.
