I tried to open FSX and I got a pop up that reads;  The Dem4km.bgl file is missing or damaged. Re-install FSX to restore or repair the file. I have FSX / Acceleration.

dem4km.bgl resides in your FSX/Scenery/Base/scenery folder.  Saw threads from other forums by, doing a

 

Google search,  where some had offered a download of their file.  Some of the threads were for FSX and

 

some for FS2004.

Just going to run a Chromebook and not upgrade to a Windows computer. Too many problems with the new Sims! 😱
