Process Lasso - best settings?

Hi. I am giving Process Lasso (freeware version) a try in both FSX and FS9. Over and above setting FS9.exe and FSX.exe as 'games' (so, with priority) in the gaming options, does any Process Lasso 'guru' have any other advice for the other settings (ther are many!), or just leave the rest as it is? I haven't enabled Smart Trim for instance, as I never have less than 8GBs of physical RAM free...
