These are all standalone programs and will not need to be uninstalled/reinstalled. Orbx and ASN will need to be updated to be compatible with any newer version. HiFi (ASN) usually does this on the same day. Orbx might be a bit longer and everyone of their products will probably have to be reinstalled to be compatible with the new versions of P3D. REX stands-alone and all you need to do is redirect where the sim is located. You will have to reinstall your theme using REX. PMDG will have to be uninstalled using the Add/Remove program and the version compatible with P3Dv3.1 will have to be downloaded and installed. Personally I uninstalled ASN and the PMDG aircraft and then reinstalled with the new installers built for this version. I did not have any Orbx products installed (do now) but I would have uninstalled the P3D version and then downloaded the new versions as they were released for P3Dv3.1. FSDT/FlightBeam scenery for P3D needed to be uninstalled and reinstalled too when an installer was released. I kept my old scenery.cfg and replaced the default P3D scenery.cfg with the old one after I reinstalled P3D. All of my Taxi2Gate, photoscenery, FlyTampa, and other scenery worked. The OP posted instructions for uninstalling P3Dv3 so this topic should continue to be discussions about the uninstalling of P3D. Therefore I will split your post and my post into a new topic.
