1.I uninstalled all pmdg things and simconnect. 

2. Install pmdg with administrator rights, Don´t open p3d after installed pmdg.

3. go to pmdg operation center and look if all right.

4. Install simconnect verision 10.0.60905.0 and 10.0.61242.0 and  10.0.61259.0.

5. now open p3d.It should work.
