February 1, 201610 yr Commercial Member A quick question. Has anyone here gotten FSX to work with ReShade or SweetFX and DX10 without any screen flashing while changing views (or opening 2D panel pop-ups), and without API.dll or d3d11.dll CTDs? (Preferably using recent nVidia drivers.). If so, can you please share which exact version of ReShade/SweetFX you are using and the steps you took to accomplish that? Using Windows 7, FSX SP2, and nVidia GTX 780. Tried a variety of ReShade/SweetFX versions to no avail, and unfortunately other forum posts on which versions to use and how to install them are all over the place; simply can't follow them to the point where it works reliably, it's just not clear to me unfortunately. February 4, 201610 yr I had SweetFX with DX10 and I had flashes and it was annoying. I built new system (FSX-SE GTX 980Ti) and now I use W10, however SweetFX did not work with W10. I tried ReShade and ReSHade MasterEffect. Works good so far for me, no flashes, DX10 + DX10 fixer. I did not test it on W7 but I know people who use ReShade and ReSHade MasterEffect with W7 and they have good fps and no flashes (they have W7 FSX SP2 GTX 960).
