Can you help me please I have just loaded my PMDG 737 NGX in to my Flight Sim FSX when I go into all programmes PMDG the operation centre tab is not showing all the others are there I do have full admin rights.

Royann, welcome to the forum. Please note their rules ask for full names on all posts.

 

You didn't mention if the NGX installer was new or old... if old download new one from your PMDG account history.  The Operations Center executable can be found at C:\Program Files (x86)\PMDG Operations Center (if your Windows is in drive C:).

My PMDG 737NGX is only 4mths old I have tried what you have suggested but it's not showing, shall I remove it and load again?

Sure, remove it using Windows control panel but download the installer again from your account and install it.  What platform? Did your installation ask for your validation key?

 

I suspect you have a registry error but lets see what a new installer does for you. Check your order history in your PMDG product account for current versions.
