You didn't mention if the NGX installer was new or old... if old download new one from your PMDG account history. The Operations Center executable can be found at C:\Program Files (x86)\PMDG Operations Center (if your Windows is in drive C:). Dan Downs KCRP

February 9, 201610 yr Sure, remove it using Windows control panel but download the installer again from your account and install it. What platform? Did your installation ask for your validation key? I suspect you have a registry error but lets see what a new installer does for you. Check your order history in your PMDG product account for current versions. Dan Downs KCRP
