Due to the change of P3D version 2.5 to version 3.1. I uninstalled the 777, I downloaded and installed from my PMDG account to this new v 3.1. Now I find that the 777 appears to me cold and dark without the countdown while initializing, the external image without landing gear and the plane practically floating. The worst part is that can not select something using the mause or controls only answers some keyboard functions. I already uninstalled and repeated the procedure and come to the same situation. In v 2.5 always worked correctly. Please help.

Review the readme that is included in the installer's zip file and follow it's instructions to install the simconnects. That usually does the trick.

 

Off topic, the 777 didn't change during the time that LM went from 3.0 to 3.1...
