September 29, 200520 yr Strange Snowfall behavior. Like trying to fly in a snow tunnel. This is observed since Installing FS on a new computer system. I wonder if the Graphics portion of the Computer is suspect. Any thoughts? The system: P4 3Gig1 Gig DDR RamNvidia 6800 pci express 16x 256Digital flat panelThanks for any and all responsesfly safeDave in Alaskahttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/128437.jpg
September 29, 200520 yr That looks pretty cool :-lolSorry no idea what's going on...Doesn't look like a hardware problem, though. Maybe a driver problem or a fs9-specific bug in the drivers. -
September 29, 200520 yr Chewy, I haven't set the coordinates into the Navi-Computer yet! We'll fly right into a star! Dissengage the hyperdrive, Chewy!Dude that's interesting. I've never seen anything like it. If you play and tweak around and find the answer, let us know, I want to try to duplicate that! :-lol-JeremyThe Ozark DogfighterHappy Flying!

September 29, 200520 yr Hi Chris,First, Allow me to thank you for your efforts with ACTIVE SKY. I am using your 4.5 version and have enjoyed it enormously. The screenshot showing the "Snow Tunnel" was taken when I selected heavy snow in the FS Weather Themes so I could get an Idea of the System Proformance. Will any version of Active Sky solve this problem or just Version 5 ?Thanks for respondingFly safeDave in Alaska
