Starting engine flow

Recommended Posts

Hi I'm running button version under P3D v3.1. After watching several youtube videos of "voice" version I noticed that FO starts the engines. Doe it holds true with the button version?

I tried twice but  FO doesn't do anything when prompted to start engines. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks

It's the same as Voice control.

As per the manual, and as per real life at the airline we modeled, when the aircraft is not moving, the Capt (that's you) starts the engines.

If the aircraft is moving (ie., during pushback), the FO would start the engine so the Capt can focus on what's happening outside.

Cheers,

Thanks, that explains the problem.
