March 7, 201610 yr Hi guys, actually I could not clone my HDD to the new SSD, but had to install W10 from scratch. I kept the "old" system where flight is installed on the old drive but cannot start flight. Even a new installation does not repair the problem: once started the flight.exe, a dialog box of a system error wrns that "d3dx9_26.dll" is missing.Does anyone have an idea of what could cause this problem ? Thanks in advance. Cekko

March 7, 201610 yr Hmm, that is really strange. I thought d3dx9_26.dll was very old, so not sure why it would be getting used. You can try installing the dxredist: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109
