After adding the repaint CFG changes I am unable to save them. I am told to check with my Administrator. But my Account User title shows my name as the ADMINISTRATOR. what's going on?

also what do I "save it as" ?                     I have Windows 7

Right click the file and check the properties, first make sure it doesn't say that it is blocked because it came from another computer  and secondly make sure that it is not set to read only.

 

If that doesn't work it is a permissions issue, try turning UAC to the lowest setting and see if that helps.
