Request / suggestion for Changelog

It would be really useful if FS++ could use a pinned topic on this forum to list changes released in each version, and any specific requirement for updating.

That way, not only users would be aware of when an update is released, through 'following' the forum posts, but also whether the changes are beneficial for them to make the upgrade straight away.
