British Isles and Orbx Vector Lights Issue

I thought I read that the Orbx vector lights automatically turn off when in the region that you are using the NE products. I have British Isles and Orbx Global , Orbx Ireland and Northern Ireland.

What I am observing is the vector lights "popping" into the scenery as I am flying. I am assuming this Orbx vector lights as move to the next LOD radius area. It looks light whole sectors of the roadway suddenly getting switched on. I am running P3d 3.2.

How do I minimize that effect?
